SYRUP SEASON 2017 IS UNDERWAY

Our first boil was on February 19 this year. This is the earliest we have ever started syrup season in our 22 years of making syrup.
We have made a lot of Light and Medium syrup so far. The weather has been a real mix and has kept us busy. When it’s too cold for the sap to run we keep busy with bottling batches we have put into barrels, maintaining the pumps and equipment, and welcoming tours and visitors who are eager to learn how the season is progressing.

With March Break being next week we are offering tours daily 11am – 5pm.
