It has been a busy couple weeks here at Breedon’s Maple Syrup. We tapped our trees Mid February, fired up the evaporator and made our first batch of Maple Syrup on February 19th. The weather has been perfect for sap, freezing at night and warming up above freezing throughout the day. We are bottling each batch as it rolls off the evaporator, it doesn’t get any fresher than that!
